Great customer service by CATT!!!

I had a great customer service experience with Catt. In the decades I have spoken with customer service reps, it is hard for me to remember many which I can say were truly pleasurable, but this one was because Catt made everything so easy and put herself out for my benefit. If ever Xfinity is thinking of replacing customer service reps like Catt with AI chatbots, the company would be making a HUGE mistake. Thank you, Catt!
