Fredrick needs a promotion!

I'm trying to figure out how to leave a glowing recommendation for our tech supervisor in our area. We had an outage and Xfinity wasn't identifying it as one. The line guys on our area took the water out twice and fiber optic out once so far to date. Fredrick called me first thing to let me know my appointment needed to be rescheduled because it wasn't a me problem but a them problem (which I knew) he then called again to let me know they were working on it and then showed up on my doorstep to assure my husband they were actively searching for the problem. I received the message we were back online at 3:30pm so I assumed that would be it. Nope he called one more time just to be sure we were online before he left the area. This gentleman went ABOVE and BEYOND his job for my house and my children. Thank you sir!
