Feedback on live agent error.

I needed help and live agent Priya helped me. For some reason, when I ended the live chat, it wouldn’t let me provide any feedback so here it is. Priya is the best customer service assistant there is. She went above and beyond with helping me fix my internet issues, and got my wifi fixed when the Ai assistant bot couldn’t! She was respectful, efficient, and the best agent you have at your company. I will be suggesting xfinity to anyone who asks about internet, thanks to your fantastic employee Priya. She definitely deserves a promotion, and I hope to see her become a manager one day. We need more people like her.
