Fantastic service tech

I have added numerous issues with xfinity cable oveer the past couple of years and extensively overr the past 5 weeks I have called customer service many many times they have sent out repairmen who tell me there is nothing that they can do now because it's working properly. the gentleman Alba, that came to my home yesterday, [Edited: "Personal Information"], was patient and efficient he was courteous and able to solve an issue that no one else was able to.  I commend him On this service and the understanding that he was able to give to a senior and the patience that he showed in helping to solve the problem.All your employees should take a lesson from him.
