Fantastic Service - Ruman
This evening I was assisted by Ruman from India, who works 3rd shift, and has been with Xfinity for 8 months. They were incredibly personable, patient, and helpful. Somehow the AI chatbot afterwards did not allow me to leave a review. But I’m so satisfied with my service I’m positing it here.
Even more, this blog post refreshed and I lost my paragraphs of praise for Ruman. But they were so great, I’m taking the time to write it all out AGAIN!
Ruman, I hope you, and your manager(s), find this message. Ruman helped me troubleshoot a new modem, which was giving us both a hard time. Ruman checked in with me, and we chatted about food, work, and culture. They may only be 8 months at Xfinity, but I have never in my nearly 9 years as a customer been so pleasantly surprised by a human interaction with this company.
Thank you Ruman for your time. If I was up at 5 am, at the end of 3rd shift, talking to people halfway across the world, I would not be able to be so considerate. 11/10, Ruman. I hope we cross digital paths again one day. And I hope you get to try a Rueben sandwich.
