Fantastic Customer Service

I wanted to recognize the amazing customer service I received at the Xfinity/Comcast store in Westminster, Colorado. Keli [edited, but noted info] assisted me changing my very elderly parents account and service. I had just moved my parents into assisted living that day and the resistance did not have the Xfinity X1 service they were use accustomed to. So that they would have some comfort and familiarity with their new home I went to the nearest store seeking assistance. I was lucky enough to have Keli call my name. When I explained the situation her answer was, “that’s a tough one but, let’s figure it out!”  Amazing! She helped me get the service and equipment my parents needed and were familiar with. She was a total joy and the ONLY bright light in a horrible day. I can’t thank her enough for her patience and kindness. This is what customer service looks like. You would be foolish not to recognize Keli for her servant heart and professional service.
