Exceptional service!

During my visit with xfinity I was helped by Derrick [Edited: "Personal Information"] , and it was the best customer service I could've ever asked for. I went to the store in Castle rock and it will be the only store my husband and I will go too from now on! His patience with all the issues that were going on with our two accounts was exceptional. We really appreciate all the help! Highly recommend this store and Derrick!
