Exceptional Service from Prajakta! Survey link is flawed!

I wanted to extend my compliments on exceptional service today by service rep "Prajakta." I went to enter the survey number "10" and made the mistake of clicking on the "download transcript" button which causes the survey to stop!!  That is unfortunate because I received quite excellent service by this very positive representative who not only addressed my issues but made my day brighter. I have been a customer service trainer for over 20 years so I know "10" level service when I see it. Prajakta is to be commended. I hope this message gets to their supervisor!
