Exceptional assistance from Adam

On February 20, 2026 @ 2:00 - 3:00 PM, I was in need of help to restore/activate the internet function of my laptop and iPad. I  made multiple attempts independently to correct the situation, using Chat, many suggested links and my own thoughts to NO AVAIL.

I finally reached ADAM a live agent.  I am old and computer illiterate, hence Adam had his work cut out.  Well with multiple directions and a tremendous

about of patience he was able to resolve my dilemma.  I could have never corrected this with chat's, links or any virtual/IA participation.

I know Apple instructors are not hired unless it can be verified they are very patient and tolerant. You must have the same requirement.

Adam is an asset to Comcast/Xfinity and to your customers ( 18 years ).  He also provided thorough information about the Rewards program, which I have never taken advantage of.
