Excellent Service after Terrible Service

After multiple calls spanning 6 months, I called in and was transferred to an escalated que and spoke with 'Tom - Operator ID #10103521', at 6:30pm on 4/27/2026. Tom provided EXCELLENT customer service and addressed issues other representatives and a few supervisors swept under the rug. As a Diamond Customer I'm constantly told, thank you for your loyalty and service because of military service, but today was one of the few times, I actually felt the loyalty returned. I hope this reaches your executive team leaders and you have a way to recognize him and assure his direct leadership team knows... THIS is real customer service!
