I want to complement your technician Louis who visited my home on March 1st.  He was very knowledgeable, courteous and had a great attitude.  He patiently answered my questions and explained the issues clearly to my satisfaction.

He fixed the issue, and cleaned up coax ends so my system is functioning the best.  Louis was awesome!
