Excellent Customer Service

I want to let his supervisor(s) know that today I received probably the best customer service I have ever had in ANY venue.  I phoned Xfinity this morning and got Sonny.  He was so helpful and understanding.  I am 87 years old and not particularly computer savvy, but he was patient with me, and explained everything thoroughly. I had just signed up for cable service and was  not able to connect it myself.  After the teck was here it worked for a day, and then crashed, leaving me with no functioning TV.  I phoned this morning, fully expecting that I would have to devote another day to staying home and waiting for some one to come and help me.  But Sonny managed to fix everything perfectly while he was remote. Amazing!  He was friendly and warm and the kind of person I enjoy talking with.  He went the extra mile and I hope  you will recognize him in some way for his excellent customer service.

My problem with TV service that would shut down continued and I continued to call customer service.  I received the very best help from Chris, who even called later to see if the problem was fixed.  It was not, and the decision was made to send out a Teck to my home. His name was Dough and he was fabulous/  He explained what he was doing to me while he did it, so I learned something.  Apparently my old Xfinity box which receives my internet service was the culprit.  He replaced it, and now my problem is solved. I have continual TV and no more shutdowns.  Xfinity is doing a great job training their  customer service people to keep going until the problem is solved.
