Hello, today I had several issues with 3 different accounts. I am primary caregiver for my elderly father and mother as well as my brother battling cancer. I visited your store at 1851 Mount Zion Rd. in Morrow, Ga. Akeem Goulbourne assisted me, I must say he was outstanding! Excellent service helping me fix a billing issue, reduce the cost of my service plans do to them being very outdated. He also help replace a damaged remote at no charge. The whole time he was multi-tasking and always polite. Even after the amazingly great service he took the time and looked at my parents account and came up with a solution for them to save nearly $100 per month. Most people are no where near this level of service, and I know. I have been a retail manager over 40 years and I know what it's like behind the counter dealing with mean and rude people and trying to remain positive. Akeem does his job extremally well while maintaining a positive attitude. That's all, I just anted someone to know and acknowledge this amazing employee. Thank you for your time, William Franklin
