Divyard Xfinity assistant thru the app

Divyard is the kindest, sweetest and patient person to have help me.  It was a pleasure to see such a pleasant person trying to help me.  Although the problem didn’t get resolved, cause I’m not tech savvy and I decided to go to the store.   But the help was remarkable!!   A lot of recognition is deserved!!!!
