Customer services and broken promises

I have been a member with Xfinity for quite some years and I am even a gold member, I was informed that I would receive football channels and internet for $66 a month, after two different Xfinity representatives have lied to me and even corporate has reviewed the call and the issue at hand agreed that the representatives promised me the channels and lied and they still did absolutely nothing about it to help me. I as well have evidence about everything they have told me. 

horrible customer service they don’t care about the customer service I also got told I would get a call within four hours at 7pm at night knowing I was getting a call back I stayed up all night staying by my phone so it would not wake up my kids when they call and never received a call back. This is straight up fraudulent! I signed an agreement after they told me over and over again I would get all the football channels!
