Customer service

I contacted xfinity because I would be having trouble paying my bill by the due date. I spoke with Chuimei and I was given exceptional customer service. Not only were they able to solve my issue, they found several ways to make it more affordable for me. I have been a xfinity customer for over 4 years and Chuimei is the only representative so far that made me want to search and leave a review. I personally believe they should be the example in customer service. I can guarantee I will continue to be a customer of xfinity for a long time if it means I get to interact with individuals like Chuimei to solve my issues. 11/10 I have already began recommending to family and friends.
