Customer Service Survey and Review

So to start off I first soke with Yogesh to help lower my bill as my bill was getting high and he was able to lowering it down to something I liked, very nice and professional and helpful I would say.

Also this ,morning while needed help with my Peacock Premium Subscription as i am a Platinum Member Jarnael I think this was his name would able to get me a solution and helped me with my problem. Though he did say there was a survey at the end it never showed up for me so i am posting it here. I was a little hesitate to use Live Agent Chat as I have heard many things about them not helping you, or are sleazy or just trying to get a commission but it feel like that happened to me especially when I was trying to lower my bill  so i would say there are most likely soke bad actors for live chat than all of them just there for a commission and not helping you. I would say my overall experience was a 10/10 in terms of helping me.
