Customer service review

A gentleman whose name is Omar from Egypt helped me with my account. He asked a very important question how I was doing. Most people say oh I'm so sorry and they go about taking care of your account. This gentleman actually cared how I was feeling and when I got off the phone with him and during our conversation I have never felt so understood or knowing human to human contact over the phone. I wish I knew what his last name was but his name was Omar and I know he's in Egypt you have a great customer service guy with you.
