Customer Service Praise
I had the most positive & impactful customer service experience this afternoon. You will have to forgive me but, I think the Woman's name was Cat? Or Katie? I truly apologize, but I do remember that she was working from Indiana!
I received my Wi-fi upcoming statement as usual to my email & found that my "loyalty-rewards term" had expired; I called Xfinity today to cancel my plan.
This Woman was So Helpful, Patient and Knowledgable in all areas! She really went above & beyond & saved this Customer account for Xfinity.
I am So So Grateful for the Considerate, Knowledgable & Professional Service that I got today, I am very happy!!
