Customer Service Compliment
I don’t typically write feedback; especially not in the nature of a compliment. My experience today with Live chat customer service rep Neha was wonderful.
I requested assistance with closing my services. Neha was able to assist me with my request but also was one of the kindest representatives I’ve ever chatted with.
We casually discussed topics of the new year and personally growth. Neha was knowledgable and was awesome to converse with. They definitely deserve all the credit they are due and I hope my words here help them in their future endeavors.
Neha, if you’re reading this, sincerely thank you for your help and sharing conversation with me today. I hope our paths cross again and wish you all the best.
