Customer Agent Ralph

We didn't get a chance to be sent the survey after the call, but Customer Agent Ralph was a huge help for us today, answering a bunch of our questions and being able to reset my grandmother's wifi password since we weren't able to connect. If this somehow gets back to him, a big thank you!
