Couldn’t do customer service survey
I was trying to do a customer service survey in the chat, but an option to download the transcript came up, and I clicked that, so I ended up not being able to do the survey because it responds to the most recent message, so this post is for an agent named Harshit thank you so much for going above and beyond for me, my mom, and my brother. You helped us all by extending my bill, and you were so patient answering so many other questions. I’ve gotten great service before in my years, but Harshit is by far one of the best, above and beyond, patient, kind agents Xfinity has. Such a great person. Cheers to you Harshit.

Midway through Xfinity Internet Essentials Survey it greyed out and wouldn't let me finish... so survey at 63% complete is not submitted.
