Constant lying and lack of communication

I recently switched over 2 lines from t-mobile after an employee named Alex lied and told me he promised he would get my credit limit increased so I could upgrade my second phone and that he would notify me and my email would also receive alert when the increase happened. It never did, its like the 5th time someone has tried to get an increase for me. My credit is outstanding, never missed a payment and am a diamond member but cannot be allowed to take advantage of two free upgrades with trade ins because of this unreasonable limit. I have talked to probably 10 different associates at this point and everyone seems to have a different answer. Some told me you can't even make the request. Then today I get a call trying to sell me a watch, lying about it taking a further hit to my credit. When I called him out, he confirmed with his supervisor that I was right and still tried to convince me that it was better for me to take the watch deal if I wanted my credit to increase soon because it would look better on my bill.

Its really unbelievable how uninformed a lot of the associates are and how they can get away with lying. Im still waiting for someone to help me upgrade this second line, because the associate lied to me when I switched and made promises that were not true.
