Complmengting Vince, a Washington Pa technician

Vince was very thorough inspecting and replacing wires.  Also very congenial & helpful with explanations.  We had another problem a day later and he called us and was able to solve it remotely.  You need more caring technicians like Vince.  This service took place on 5/11 and 5/13 on Janet [Edited: "Personal Information"] account of [Edited: "Personal Information"].  He renewed our thoughts on Comcast as we were getting VERY frustrated with customer service.
