I have been having issues with my internet for awhile and I finally got through to a tech support agent named Omar I believe, I know hes from Chicago. He went above and beyond to help me and finally understood what had to be done. His customer service skills are over the top, sadly my phone died and we got disconnected but I just wanted to say thank you! He is a great employee!
