I just had THE BEST experience with an agent in all my 15 years of being a Xfinity/Comcast customer. Jennifer(Jen) was so helpful, gave me all the good info, was super nice. This was the first time I felt like I was defending myself, fighting for a good rate for service or feeling like they were trying to make me buy more things. She really made me feel like I was more than just money to the company. People like her make me want to continue my service here for the rest of my life.
I wish more agents treated customers like she does. 5 star review.
