I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to extend my heartfelt commendation for one of your exceptional support agents, Shubham. He provided outstanding service in helping me get my Xfinity internet up and running late at night on Thursday, 27 February 2025 (around 10pm CST). 
 Shubham's knowledge and friendliness turned what could have been a frustrating experience into an enjoyable one. I especially appreciated how he kept me informed of the processes he was working on as he was doing them. His expertise and warmth are unparalleled, and I have never received such exemplary support from any other agent in the past. 
I strongly believe that Shubham's exceptional service should be recognized within your call center as an example for both current and future agents. His dedication and professionalism are truly inspiring, and I am incredibly grateful for his assistance.

I am sending this to give A heartfelt accommodation for the employee named Ray who helped me today. He patiently read to me what I needed to know when I purchased a new iPhone and began my cell phone service with Xfinity/Comcast. He was friendly and most pleasant, very courteous and made what could’ve been a laborious task into a rather pleasant one.
