Christopher a.k.a. Chris.  He was amazing.  Not only was he knowledgeable,  and helped my internet issue,  but he taught me how to maintain it. He even educated me on the phones so I  could take advantage of my free phone line with xfinity.  He shipped out my phone,  and gave me sooo much useful information about the xfinity app and a lot of the different features, discounts, giveaways and specials. I've never called customer service anywhere and left with more than what I called for and been this happy. I told him we were on the line so long that we're friends now.
