Carlene was exceptional!!

Thank you Carlene for showing that great customer service still exist! We are so thankful to her, as we were ready to change our internet and phone services due to have misinformation and 4 consecutive days of calls to support totalling 16 hours with no resolutions, but headaches and hassles. She was understanding, helpful, and very kind. We cant thank her enough for her amazing customer support and ensuring all our issues were resolved. She by far deserves recognition from the xfinity team, her professionalism spoke volumes today! You're so appreciated Carlene!
