Billing

I cjaged the setting yoggle to not take automatic payment and sute enough you took it out thod month. I also talked to chat many times i wanted to cancel wifi which i still got charged these last months and it cause overdraft. I dont know what else to do except im charging comcast for thete doing which caused my overdrafts. So ive been thinking and i came to a conclusion my rates will be $50.00 for each overdraft it caused. Comcast has there employess thinking they can say sorry and it wont happen again but im not accepting im sorry anymore..
