Representative on the live chat this morning around 9am Amaan answered my messages and from there on he restored my faith . I only received one of my virtual cards for my mobile phone and was missing one . Agent verified everything got tier 2 involved and gave solutions instead of excuses or brushing me off. We need more like this agent, they owned it and showed empathy and compassion while letting me know and reassuring that my services were important. I hope to interact with this agent again . I will highly recommend with this kind of treatment. Will talk about this representative all day . Thank you again Amaan you deserve a 10’s all day
