Delmy gave the best customer service. She straightened out my elderly uncle's account and helped me get the wifi working despite the original problems my uncle was experiencing. She ensured a folow up was done, and the problem was fixed. The wifi works great and xfinity has several great promotions to sign up for. I have had xfinity in the past and they always leave you feeling like a valued customer.
