I spoke with Shahd from Alexandria, and she was absolutely wonderful. She was patient, knowledgeable, and made what could have been a routine cancellation call genuinely pleasant. She took the time to explain everything clearly and had a very kind, respectful manner throughout the call. Easily one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had.
