Awesome Customer Service

I just got off the phone with Todd from Knoxville. We had some issues with the cable boxes not working, and some of the channels that we were promised by a different agent were not included in our package.

Todd got the boxes straightened out and online, and also added to our account the correct channels. He was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. 

I just wanted to say that this was by far the best interaction with an employee of your company that my Mom and I have ever had. He is a big asset to your company, and we just wanted to let you guys know. Thanks Todd!
