Amazing Customer Service!!!

I specifically travel to the Burlington Mall location just to work with Joel because he is the absolute best at what he does. Over multiple visits, Joel has successfully resolved several different complex issues for me. He has handled my Xfinity billing issues, quickly diagnosed and fixed technical issues with my internet router, and most recently, walked me through upgrading my mobile phone on Xfinity Mobile. He is incredibly patient, highly knowledgeable, and treats customers with genuine care. If you need top-tier support at the Burlington Mall Xfinity store, request Joel by name!
