Agent Vijay 10 rating

I want to give my Agent Vijay a 10 rating for helping with my issue. Rating could not be giving after ending chat as I received an error when downloading my script. Vijay worked fast and proactively through out the conversation. He did not overlook or give up on my issue like the last agent did and as of satisfaction I will not provide the name of last agent.
