A place to compliment an a Xfinity technician

Marco arrived exactly at the time specified for our appointment.  He was so experienced, patient and courteous as he resolved a number of issues that we were incapable of doing.  His appointment took one hour as our router was not connecting to our Internet and our TV and all other connections were down for two days.  Not sure of a power outage happened while we were gone for a week, but our Samsung Smart TV had to be completely updated which Marco took the time to fix as well.  If there was a 10 +++ rating somewhere, we would send it on.  Thank you for Marco
