I have been fighting with this for over a year and half I we lost my mom the bill was her name she has passed away and I sent her death certificate twice now I was trying to disconnect her account and open the same plan in my name with the same address and some how the bill got to 4119.63 and dont know how been fighting with this issue dont know what else to do I try to get help to get help with putting my services back on i have 6 kids with austism and my husband and brother has major health problems waiting to hear from social security to help out I need a payment plan to help out I wanted to disconnect my mom service and put the same plan she had in my name what can I do
