10/10 Service from Leonard at the Christiana Mall Store!

I’d like to recognize Leonard, a Sales Consultant at the Xfinity Store in the Christiana Mall in Delaware, for providing 10 out of 10 service. He helped me get my Xumo stream box sorted out and walked me through signing up for Xfinity Mobile.

After struggling to get things resolved over the phone, I drove an extra half hour for in-person help—and it was worth every minute. I was initially on the fence about adding Xfinity Mobile, but Leonard kindly, patiently, and efficiently walked me through the whole process. He completely turned my experience around, and I truly appreciate his help!
