You changed the requirements on the xfinity app!!!
I don't know exactly when this happened, but i tried to use the Xfinity app that was working on my phone, The new app when I went to install said my phone is no longer compatible????? [Edited: "Profanity"], now I am supposed to buy a newer phone just to be an Xfinity customer? That is [Edited: "Profanity"]!. you took a completely working web browser functionality away from me and replaced it with an app that no longer works on my phone. This is Xfinity's way folks, do as we require or be collateral damage. we still get your $ every month but now you are stuck with the factory settings or buy a new phone.... Unacceptable!

Hello @user_1bawla, thank you for taking the time to leave a post. Sorry to hear about your experience with the Xfinity app. I can certainly understand how frustrating it would be to have an app that previously worked on your phone, only to find that after an update, your device is no longer compatible. I also understand your concerns about losing functionality that you were accustomed to using and feeling as though you're being forced to upgrade a device that otherwise meets your needs. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback and concerns. We want you to know that your voice has been heard, and we understand the impact that changes like this can have on our customers. While we may not be able to change the current compatibility requirements, feedback such as yours helps us better understand how these changes affect the customer experience. We value your concerns and hope that future updates and enhancements will provide solutions that better meet the needs of customers using a wider range of devices. Thank you for sharing your perspective with us.
