Xfinity ROKU APP not showing all the channels

ROKU APP not showing all the channels.  I am only getting about 7 channels.  Have restarted app, modem, and checked to be sure there were no local Xfinity issues listed on the website; nothing working.  This is on all my TVs.  No other ROKU APPs are affected, and all TVs are working properly otherwise.  I saw other posts regarding the same issue, but no solutions shown to work.  Please advise of what the issue is and how long to anticipate it be fixed.  Thank you.

Hello @user_058485! We hate to hear you're having trouble. Our fix teams are engaged and working on this. In some cases, remote troubleshooting from our end may resolve the issue sooner. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?

 

 "Search for Xfinity Support" won't work. To send a "Direct Messaging" message to Xfinity Support:

 

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary

 

 

  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

 

  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 

  • - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

Same issue.  Was working about 3 hours ago.  Now only local sports channels.  Not local channels.  And nothing else.

Xfinity app using Roku has only 7 channels.  This started sometime yesterday (Thanksgiving!) 11/24/2022.  Checked on 2nd ROKU this morning and not working on this one either.  I've done the usual - restarted Roku, rebooted router, removed & readded Xfinity app - no difference.  Anyone found a solution.  This is really unacceptable.

Well, now the streaming app on iPad is also all messed up.  That happened about 3 hours ago.  I guess this means they've done something but 90% of channels are listed as TVGO.  Ridiculous.

Cleared data on my fire stick and that solved the problem but iPhone and iPad still showing only Togo channels

Hello, @user_a084c3 and thread. I am glad the issue is resolved when you use the app on the Firestick. This is an issue that our Engineers have been working on. For some, it is fixed already. For those that the issue persists, we have had some success by sending out an Entitlement signal. Please let us know if the issue is still happening or not. If it is, we will get a signal sent over.

@user_ca2388, channels are working in the Xfinity stream app for many customers. Are you able to let us know if your channels are working?

Channels aren't showing on any device with Stream. Over 24 hours here now. Its ridiculous they can't at least post updates on the app when we login.
