I am having the exact same issue and no one can help me or understand that I'm able to log in and everything, I just can't view any details of any activity on my account! Very frustrating!

I'm sorry to hear you've had similar issues with your Xfinity Mobile app, and I'd love to see what we can do to help. Since the older post you originally commented on is older (and now closed), I've created a new post for you here. May I just ask what troubleshooting you've tried so far (i.e. logging out and back in, force-closing the app, uninstalling it and re-installing it, etc.)?
