Xfinity ID not authorized

I have been locked out of my Xfinity account for 8 weeks- ever since moving to a new residence. I’ve spent countless hours on chat and via phone, as well as going to a local store. I was ready to enroll in Xfinity mobile and increase my services, but no one can seem to get me access to my Xfinity account.
