@ComcastJonathan was working on this issue on the backend. Hopefully @ComcastStream and their stream team are working on the issue. He didn’t know how wide spread it was. It would be nice to have an update or acknowledgement from them in this thread.
On the upside, I’m a rock star on this message board...getting kudos and high fives and medals all the live long day. I had no idea I was this good at anything! 😂
I'm also having this issue and have been for about a week on our LG TV. I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times to fix it. Today, reinstalling is not helping. Frustrating!
Last night LG downloaded a new Web OS and that fixed the problem. I had to activate the Infinity Stream beta app, but after that it worked fine, so I guess the problem was with LG TV, not Xfinity.
Thanks for letting us know, @Wbs996. I noticed that this has been resolved for others and wanted to check in with you to see if you can test things on your end and let us know if this is fixed for you as well?
