I'm having a similar issue. I used to have my connected devices and people profiles set up in the Xfinity App and suddenly my App is acting like I'm a new customer. My router it's not being showed. All my devices and profiles gone. So now I have a lot of devices locked on my Wifi that I cannot unlock because it's not showing on the app. Even the "WiFi"tab gone.
I already:
- Reset the router
- Reset my password
- logged in with different ways(phone, username email)
- Uninstall and install the Xfinity App
- Use a different phone to log in into my account
And none of the agents could solve the problem, in fact they've been very disrespectful moving me from agent to agent and even disconnecting me.

Thanks for reaching out to us as a customer myself I love a lot of the functions the Xfinity app have in regards to my services.
Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if that gives you access to all of the functions on the Xfinity app
