Xfinity app

The Xfinity billing option on the app does not work. The screen just stays white. What’s the point of having this app if the billing option doesn’t load??

I do apologize for any inconvenience,  have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app to make sure you have the most updated version?

 

Can you tell me what kind of billing options you're looking to access via the app?
