Xfinity app

I’ve noticed the pause feature on the app and on top of people connected to the router does not work. 

is there a way to fix this or am I just going to have to disconnect from [Edited: "Language/Inflammatory"] and find another internet provider?

btw my upload speed is [Edited: "Language"] and I’m hardwired

Oh gosh! I'm sorry to hear that. I"d like to help you get some troubleshooting done. Can you send a peer to peer message please? You can do so by following these steps: 

  1. Sign in to the community.
  2. Click the message count or envelope icon to go to your Private Messages Inbox.
  3. Click the New Message icon.
  4. Enter the recipient's name in the Send to field.
  5. Type the reply in the Message box
  6. Click Enter to send your message.
  7. You can see your back and forth messages with any user by clicking the messages.
