Xfinity app not showing “wifi” tab
I recently had someone come out from xfinity and install my modem and after logging into the app it says I’m offline and to reset the router. I’ve tried this and says the same thing. When I go to the wifi tab it tells me the same thing. There’s no internet connected but the internet works completely fine. I’m not sure if this is the app or something wrong with my modem but if anyone knows how to fix this I’d greatly appreciate it.
