Xfinity App missing information

I recently setup connection with xfinity, the app doesn't show any information, when I click on magnifying glass to search, it show something went wrong. It seems that the account setup was not done correctly by store agent

Live agents cannot help, they ask to logout login. I have already done that multiple times, also have uninstalled the app, ran a reboot

@user_sftnox Hi there! You can create an Xfinity ID to access your Xfinity services online. You can also manage your Xfinity ID and create up to six secondary IDs through your account.

 

  1. To create your Xfinity ID, go to xfinity.com/getstarted or click Create an Xfinity ID from any sign-in page.
  2. Enter the mobile phone number associated with your account, then click Continue.
  3. Provide the six-digit verification code sent to your mobile phone number, then click Continue.
  4. Enter your Xfinity service address, then click Continue.
  5. Enter your existing, personal email address.
    • Xfinity will send you a link to verify that email address.
      • If you don't receive the invitation, check that your mobile phone number or email address was entered correctly.
        • You can also check your Junk or Spam folder if using email.
    • You'll have 72 hours to click the link sent to your personal email.
      • If you don't click the link, your non-Xfinity address will no longer be valid.
        • You can still log in using the Xfinity ID or your Comcast.net email address.
        • You can also add an email address to your account from the Settings tab in your account.
  6. Create a strong password following the guidelines provided and click Continue
  7. When you're all set, you'll see a confirmation page with different ways to access your account and mobile applications.
  8. By clicking Continue, you'll either be sent back to the page you initially visited, or automatically logged in to your account.
