Xfinity App Login Error

I always have an issue trying to login to the Xfinity app on my iPhone. It takes me to the secondary login screen and I am able to enter my credentials, but once it takes me back to the app, presumably for it to open, I get an error message with a “try again” button to select, leaving me in a never ending loop clicking the button. Anyone else having this issue?

Hey thanks for the response, I’ve done that multiple times, and I even deleted the app and redownloaded it, still the same outcome.
